Remembering humanitarian Anna Lindh

Leslee was beyond honored & humbled to receive the Anna Lindh Human Rights Award in the Swedish Parliament - named for the country's former Minister of Environment, Minister for Foreign Affairs, and tireless campaigner for human rights - who many thought would be Sweden's first female Prime Minister. Here Leslee is seen laying a red rose on Anna Lindh’s grave. Anna Lindh was assassinated 12 years ago - she died in the early morning of September 11, 2003 after being attacked while shopping in a Stockholm department store.
